Job summary

The role focuses on improving campaign performance, customer retention, and business growth while working on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule. The candidate will analyze data, develop segmentation, measure campaign results, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT to ensure CRM data quality and drive automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM, or customer analytics.
• Experience working with digital or online products.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
