You will own 30-day rolling calendars, publish engaging content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and report weekly results while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven record of growing social media accounts organically.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong copywriting and platform-specific content creation.
• Proficient with Canva and basic video editing.
• Self-directed and organized; meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rolling 30-day content calendar that is always at least 30 days ahead.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write platform-specific copy that sounds human, builds trust, and encourages action.
• Design graphics, carousels, reels, and short-form videos using Canva and editing tools.
• Align social content with ongoing campaigns, website content, and promotions.
• Repurpose content strategically across platforms.
• Complete a minimum of 20 engagement activities daily on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Maintain an engagement tracker with links to posts and follow-up opportunities.
• Monitor comments and messages and draft timely responses.
• Bring new campaign ideas and growth experiments to the team.
• Deliver a concise weekly report with results and priorities.
