- Job Title: Marketing & Creative Coordinator
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, aligned to Pacific Time
- Location: Remote, Latin America preferred, open to other regions
- Focus: Marketing, creative, and brand development for a design-forward real estate team
Overview
Bring creative ideas to life and help shape a brand people remember.
Join a small, established San Francisco real estate team with deep roots across the city’s neighborhoods and more than 35 years of combined experience. The team operates within a leading real estate organization and has built a reputation through a hands-on, relationship-driven, and design-forward approach.
This is a marketing, creative, and brand-focused role responsible for maintaining and elevating the visual identity of a high-performing real estate team across listings, social media, print, email, digital campaigns, and other marketing materials.
You’ll work closely with the team to bring ideas to life while also using your own creative judgment to determine what works, what needs improvement, and how to maintain a consistent standard across everything the team puts out.
This is not simply an execution role. We’re looking for someone with an editorial eye, strong design instincts, and the ability to independently manage creative projects from concept through completion.
You’ll also develop a strong understanding of San Francisco’s neighborhoods, listings, and audience so that every piece of content feels intentional, relevant, and distinctly connected to the team.

Why Join Us
Your work will have a visible impact across every part of the brand, from listing materials and social media to digital campaigns and print.
Success in this role means that the team’s marketing feels consistent, polished, intentional, and distinctly ours across every channel. You won’t simply be asked to make something look good. You’ll be expected to understand what we’re trying to communicate, who we’re communicating it to, and how the creative work supports that vision.
You’ll become a trusted creative partner who can take a concept, identify what needs to be done, execute it to a high standard, and continuously look for ways to improve the final result.
If you’re someone who combines strong design instincts with creative ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to see the bigger picture, this role gives you the opportunity to make your creative work an essential part of a growing real estate brand.
