Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Marketing Claims Professional to support end-to-end processing of vendor-funded marketing claims. The role focuses on reviewing invoices, contracts, and proof of performance to ensure accurate submissions, monitoring approvals, and resolving on-hold or rejected claims.

You will also handle requests for marketing activity creation, maintain client data, and help drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Marketing Claims, B2B Claims Processing, B2B Credit and Collections, Billing Operations, Rebate Administration, or related functions.
• Experience reviewing and validating business documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic reporting and data analysis functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, contracts, and proof of performance to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions, monitoring claim approval status, and resolving issues related to on-hold or rejected claims.
• Submit requests for marketing activity creation, maintain client contact information, approve WBS, and strengthening team development through creation of training resources, leading process improvements, and driving innovation initiatives.
• Develop training resources and drive continuous improvement within the team.
