Job summary

Ingram Micro, a global technology distributor, is seeking a Marketing Claims Professional to support end-to-end processing of vendor-funded marketing claims. The role handles top contributors such as Cisco, HPE and AMD among other vendors.

You will review invoices, contracts, and proof of performance, submit claims, monitor status, and drive process improvements. Night shift alignment with US timezone and strong data skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years in Marketing Claims, B2B Claims Processing, B2B Credit and Collections, Billing Operations or related functions.
• Experience reviewing and validating business documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP.
• Willingness to work nightshift (US timezone) and 10 days RTO monthly.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, contracts, and proof of performance to ensure accurate claim submissions.
• Monitor claim approval status, resolve issues on hold or rejected claims, and drive process improvements.
