Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Claims Specialist in the Philippines to manage end-to-end vendor marketing claims, ensuring accurate submission, tracking, reconciliation, and recovery of claim funds. The role requires strong documentation review, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines while complying with vendor guidelines.

You will review billing packets, POEs, invoices, and supporting docs; prepare and submit marketing plans; monitor status; investigate rejections;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1–3 years in claims processing, marketing claims, rebates, MDF, vendor operations, billing, credit or collections, or related AR function
• Strong understanding of billing documentation (invoices, POEs, PO, etc.) and claim requirements
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Attention to detail with ability to validate documentation accurately
• Experience maintaining trackers, reports, and databases
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Review billing packets, POEs, invoices, and docs to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Prepare and submit marketing plans through vendor portals for claim eligibility
• Submit marketing claims within established timelines via vendor portals and email
• Monitor claim status and follow up on pending or delayed claims
• Investigate rejected claims and coordinate corrective actions for resubmission
• Maintain accurate claims trackers and reports to show performance and recovery rates
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to resolve claim issues
• Ensure compliance with vendor policies and service levels throughout the lifecycle
• Apply program knowledge to maximize claim approval rates
• Identify opportunities to improve claim accuracy and efficiency
