Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking a Marketing Claims Associate to support end-to-end processing of vendor-funded marketing claims. You will review documentation, submit claims via portals, track status, and maintain records to ensure timely recovery.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in marketing claims or related billing roles, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented approach to working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Claims, B2B Claims Processing, Billing Operations, or related functions.
• Experience reviewing and validating business documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and data analysis (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Willing to work dayshift (APAC) or night shift (LatAm) and 10 days RTO monthly.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit marketing claims through vendor portals, email channels, and submission platforms.
• Review billing packets, invoices, POEs, and other claim requirements for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on pending, approved, or rejected claims.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve claim issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain claims trackers, databases, and reports for visibility and accuracy.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to support submissions.
• Generate and refresh standard reports using Excel and company systems.
• Ensure compliance with vendor policies, controls, and procedures.
• Support process improvements to enhance claim accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing vendor requirements.
