Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reviews loan applications and checks completeness of documents before endorsing to Account Officer and Marketing Assistant in Head Office.
• Monitors status of loan applications and documents endorsed to Account Officer and Marketing Assistant in Head Office.
• Conducts tele-marketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.
• Assists and supports Loan Consultants/Agents in their marketing efforts/campaigns.
• Responsible for tagging names of new Loan Consultants in the Loan Management System.
• Prepares Daily Report of Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts.
• Conducts Basic Orientation to new Loan Consultants.
• Requests renewal commission for Loan Consultants with released accounts.
• Handles customer inquiries via telephone, email or walk-in.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
