Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or related course.
• Experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Has good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the loan application and completeness of documents submitted by the client.
• Monitors and updates the status of loan applications and documents.
• Conducts telemarketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.
• Assists and supports Loan Consultants in their marketing efforts/campaigns.
• Facilitates unlocking requests of affiliated companies through online or facsimile.
• Prepares Daily Report of Trans-in, Trans-out, Hold and Pending Accounts.
