Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a Marketing Administrative Support to assist the Marketing Department with loan documentation, client communications, and campaign support. The role involves handling inquiries, reporting, and orientation for new consultants.

The position requires a Business Management/Sales/Marketing degree and at least six months of related experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills to operate effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Reviews loan applications and ensures document completeness before endorsement to Account Officer/Marketing Assistant at Head Office.
• Monitors status of loan applications endorsed to Account Officer and Marketing Assistant at Head Office.
• Conducts tele-marketing to encourage clients to renew loans.
• Assists Loan Consultants/Agents in marketing efforts and campaigns.
• Tags names of new Loan Consultants in Loan Management System.
• Prepares Daily Report of Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts.
• Conducts basic orientation for new Loan Consultants.
• Requests renewal commissions for Loan Consultants with released accounts.
• Handles customer inquiries via phone, email or walk-in.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
