Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a Marketing/Customer Service Assistant to support loan applications and client communications from our Head Office in Paranaque. You will review applications, monitor progress, conduct tele-marketing to renew loans, and assist Loan Consultants in campaigns.

The role requires a degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, and at least six months related experience in marketing or customer service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or related course.
• Six months minimum experience in marketing or customer service.
• Strong communication, marketing and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, assertive, creative and result-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong teamwork.
• Detail-oriented and accurate; computer proficient.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the loan application and completeness of documents submitted by client before endorsing to Account Officer and Marketing Assistant in Head Office.
• Monitors the status of loan applications and documents endorsed to Account Officer and Marketing Assistant in Head Office.
• Conducts tele-marketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.
• Assists and supports the Loan Consultants/Agents in their marketing efforts/campaigns.
• Responsible in tagging of name of new Loan Consultants in the Loan Management System
• Prepares Daily Report of Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts.
• Conducts Basic Orientation to new Loan Consultants.
• Requests renewal commission for Loan Consultants with released accounts.
• Handles customer/client’s inquiries through telephone, e-mail or walk-in.
• Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned.
