Marketing & Business Development Coordinator | Remote (Philippines-Based) | Medical Device Industry

We are a well-established, Colorado-based Medical Device Consulting firm is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our team remotely. We help medical device companies take products from concept through design, development, manufacturing, and launch, and we're ready to be more consistent and proactive about how we tell that story.

We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented professional based in the Philippines who can build the plan and then run it: someone who can set our marketing and business development strategy and then execute it day to day to keep us visible, strengthen our client and referral relationships, and create a steady stream of new business conversations.

What you'll do:

• Plan and strategize: develop our marketing and business development strategy, including goals, target audiences, messaging, and a content and outreach roadmap
• Own execution: carry out the plan you create, from content to outreach to follow-up, and adjust it based on what the results tell you
• Manage a consistent LinkedIn and social media presence for the company
• Use AI tools to generate first drafts of posts, case studies, and emails, then review, edit, and polish every piece yourself before it goes out
• Turn completed projects and engineering expertise into case studies, posts, and marketing content
• Maintain and grow contact lists of clients, prospects, and referral partners
• Research medical device companies and decision-makers to identify new opportunities
• Support outreach campaigns and prospect follow-up
• Keep website content current and track marketing/BD activity and results.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in B2B or LinkedIn/social media marketing
• Ability to think strategically: you can build a marketing/BD plan from scratch and then execute it independently
• Excellent professional English writing and editing skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to draft content faster, with the judgment to review, fact-check, and edit AI output so it is accurate and sounds human
• Comfort turning technical information into clear, compelling content
• Experience with CRM/contact management and basic reporting
• Portfolio and/or work samples, plus analytics showing the effectiveness of your marketing activities/content
• Someone organized, proactive, and dependable who thrives on consistency
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, engineering, or another technical B2B industry is a plus but not required.

A note on how we work:

We embrace AI to boost efficiency and output, so you won't be writing everything from scratch. AI helps with first drafts; you are the human in the loop who reviews, edits, and approves everything before it is published.

This is a long-term, remote opportunity with a stable, professional US-based company (Colorado). Compensation is PhP30,000/month (negotiable based on skills and experience), with work hours overlapping Mountain Time, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
