Be Part of Our Next Chapter of Growth and Success!
We're entering our next stage of growth, strengthening our growth-marketing and CRM engine, and building a workplace culture that values research, data discipline and reliable, repeatable processes.
We're hiring a Growth Marketing and CRM Coordinator to execute and administer our growth-marketing and CRM activity, combining target-market research, data management, campaigns, digital content and performance reporting.
Your immediate priority is supporting our direct-to-end-user program for powered RPE servicing by building target-account data, maintaining fleet and service intelligence and delivering agreed campaigns. Over time, you'll apply the same capability to other products, services and customer-development programs.
You will work closely with our UK team, in an execution and process-ownership role, working from clear briefs and keeping recurring activity running reliably.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Growth Marketing and CRM Coordinator, you'll support the business across target-market research, CRM and lifecycle management, campaign execution, content and website production, customer communications, reporting, and process improvement.
- Research organizations in agreed sectors and build structured target-account lists using approved sources
- Validate account relevance and identify 3 to 5 appropriate decision-makers or influencers per account
- Capture evidence of PPE and RPE usage, fleet scale, service need and multi-site potential
- Apply agreed scoring criteria, prioritization tiers and confidence levels, and maintain reusable searches, personas and research methods
CRM, Prospect Data & Lifecycle Management
- Own the accuracy and day-to-day maintenance of prospect, lead and marketing data in the CRM
- Maintain account, contact, source, segment, campaign and lifecycle records, including powered RPE fleet intelligence
- Keep communication preferences, opt-outs and data controls current
- Segment records for campaigns, nurture, service reminders, renewals and follow-up
- Resolve or elevate duplicate, incomplete or stale data, and create CRM views, tasks and reminders that support the commercial team
Campaign Execution & Marketing Automation
- Build and deliver campaigns from approved briefs, covering audience, proposition, offer and approvals
- Prepare, test and schedule email campaigns, nurture activity and recurring-service communications
- Maintain audience segmentation, exclusions, suppression controls and campaign records
- Create landing pages, forms and calls-to-action using approved tools
- Schedule approved B2B social content, support outreach, and coordinate invitations and follow-up for webinars, events and roadshows
- Complete agreed paid-campaign administration
Content, Website & Digital Production
- Publish and update approved website content and campaign or sector landing pages
- Format articles, case studies, guides, customer stories, downloads, images and videos
- Maintain basic on-page SEO, links, forms and page functionality

- Produce branded graphics, complete basic image, PDF and video edits, and keep an organized digital asset library
Customer Communications & Retention Support
- Administer approved onboarding, service-update, retention and repeat-service communications
- Maintain templates, digital guides, FAQs and self-service content
- Support customer feedback and survey activity, summarizing themes for the UK business lead
- Convert successful first engagements into structured recurring communications and reminders
Reporting, Coordination & Process Improvement
- Prepare weekly and monthly growth and CRM reports covering target accounts, campaigns, responses, qualified opportunities, fleet intelligence and lifecycle activity
- Provide website, email, campaign and content analytics, highlighting data-quality issues, stalled follow-up and meaningful engagement
- Maintain plans, calendars, trackers and action lists, and coordinate with website, SEO, digital, data and creative partners
- Document standard operating procedures, checklists and controls for recurring activities
- Identify manual work, duplication and automation opportunities, using approved AI and automation tools with suitable quality checks
- Escalate business decisions, scope conflicts, technical risks and material supplier issues
