We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented SEO Content Writer who can turn keyword research, audience needs, and brand direction into compelling website and marketing content.

You will develop keyword strategies, create content briefs, and write polished copy for community websites, SEO landing pages, and broader marketing initiatives. Your ability to create and improve content for Ai discovery and generative engine optimization (GEO) will help you win in this role.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with meaningful ownership and support from a team lead. You should be comfortable making thoughtful recommendations, explaining your decisions, and carrying the work through to a strong, review-ready draft.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

SEO Research and Content Development Ownership

• Develop keyword strategies for new and existing websites, using Ahrefs or comparable tools to assess search intent, relevant opportunities, and competing content.
• Translate research into keyword maps, topic clusters, actionable content briefs, and reusable templates.
• Draft complete website copy packages for multifamily communities, communicating each property’s features, location, and value in a clear, distinctive voice.
• Write and optimize landing pages across location, amenity, lifestyle, and other relevant keyword clusters.
• Create useful, specific content that serves the reader’s intent and avoids repetitive, generic copy.
• Apply practical SEO and GEO approaches to content structure, clarity, factual accuracy, and coverage of audience questions.
• Review existing content and recommend updates based on research, available performance data, and changing business priorities.

Accurate, Consistent, Review-Ready Work Delivery

• Follow brand guidelines, content specifications, formatting requirements, and character limits across deliverables.
• Verify property details, claims, and source information before submitting drafts.
• Write descriptive photo titles and context-appropriate alt text following the company’s accessibility guidelines, and keep them current as image libraries change.
• Use Claude and ChatGPT thoughtfully for research support, ideation, drafting, and editing, taking responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and quality of the final work.
• Manage multiple assignments, communicate progress, and raise missing information or deadline risks early.
• Incorporate feedback from the Content Team Lead and strengthen your work with each review.

Broader Marketing Initiatives Support

• Contribute captions, campaign copy, and theme-based content for social media and digital marketing initiatives as priorities require.
• Create or adapt simple supporting visuals in Canva.
• Opportunity to grow into supporting paid social and Meta advertising copywriting efforts.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Proven experience independently researching, planning, writing, and optimizing SEO content.
• A strong portfolio of website copy and SEO landing pages, with the ability to explain your contribution, strategic choices, and results.
• Excellent written English and careful attention to spelling, grammar, formatting, tone, and content specifications.
• Hands-on proficiency with Ahrefs or a comparable SEO research platform.
• Strong understanding of search intent, keyword mapping, topic clusters, and on-page content optimization.
• Practical experience with AI discovery and GEO, including examples of content decisions or improvements you have made and how you evaluated their impact.
• Confidence using Claude and ChatGPT in a daily content workflow, with strong editorial judgment and fact-checking habits.
• Basic Canva skills for simple graphics and content adaptations.
• Ability to organize a varied workload, meet deadlines, and work independently while staying responsive to feedback.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and accountability for the work you deliver.

Relevant Experience We Value

Experience in multifamily housing, apartments, residential rentals, real estate, travel, or hospitality is especially relevant. We also welcome candidates from other industries who can demonstrate strong research, audience understanding, and adaptable writing.

Experience with social media content, digital campaigns, or paid advertising copy is a plus.

Who This Role Is Not For

• Need step-by-step direction for every assignment. You should be able to turn a business goal into a keyword strategy, content brief, and well-written draft.
• Treat AI output as finished work. We use AI daily, but you are responsible for checking facts, improving the writing, and making sure every deliverable meets the brief.
• View SEO as adding keywords to a page. You need to understand audience intent, make thoughtful content decisions, and explain the reasoning behind your recommendations.
• Rely on someone else to catch the details. Manager review is part of our workflow; your drafts should already be checked for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and requirements.
• Go quiet when you are stuck or behind schedule. We expect early communication, clear updates, and a proposed next step when something puts delivery at risk.
• Resist feedback or repeat the same avoidable mistakes. You should be willing to revise your work and apply what you learn to the next assignment.

What You Can Expect

We build technology and digital experiences for the multifamily housing industry, helping apartment communities connect with prospective residents. As our business grows and our current content specialist moves into a team leadership role, we are expanding our capacity and looking for someone ready to take ownership.

Starting Offer: ₱50,000 – ₱62,000/month (depending on experience)
