Job summary

The Coordinator, Marketing & BD Operations, is an entry‑level role within the M&BD Operations team and focuses on building practical capability through our pathway program while contributing to core processes.

Under guidance from Specialists, Managers and Senior team members, you will support matter capture, directory submissions, pitches and league table

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Interest in business development, marketing or professional services operations.
• Clear and professional communication in English and Arabic across locations and cultures.
• Basic understanding of business development or professional services administrative processes.
• Ability to complete routine tasks accurately and independently within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with strategic planning and client targeting research.
• Maintain client lists, contact databases, and records of client interactions.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics of client meetings and events.
• Support coordination of client feedback activities and materials.
• Lead or assist in preparation of pitches, proposals, and capability statements.
• Maintain templates and standard materials for pitches and proposals.
• Coordinate deadlines and submission processes for proposals and pitches.
• Draft submissions for legal directories and awards with support from partners.
• Maintain tracking logs for submissions and deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing, research and events teams to support M&BD activities.
• Track key metrics and prepare summaries for leadership meetings.
