Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering and organizing research on key clients, prospects, and industry trends to support strategic planning and client targeting efforts.
• Maintain and update client lists, contact databases, and records of client interactions for planning, tracking, outreach and reporting.
• Support scheduling and logistics of client meetings, events, and follow-up activities.
• Assist in preparation of pitches, proposals, and capability statements, including collecting bios and deal lists.
• Maintain templates and standard materials to ensure consistency and quality.
• Coordinate and track submissions for legal directories and awards, including gathering client referees.
• Collaborate with marketing, research, and events teams to support M&BD activities.
• Track metrics and assist in preparing reports for leadership.
