Our Global Operating Center located in Manila is pivotal to enhancing the Firm’s operational efficiency and streamlining legal and business services support across our global network. Our center provides comprehensive administrative, financial and operational services across office operations, compliance and new business, finance, technology, human resources, innovation and marketing. By centralizing these critical functions, the center ensures consistency and quality in service delivery while reducing operational costs. Through its integrated approach, our Global Operating Center enables the Firm to focus on its core legal services, drive global growth and maintain high standards of client service across all offices.

The Manager, Marketing plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic objectives. Primarily operationally focused, the Manager, Marketing utilizes their comprehensive knowledge of the discipline to address complex issues and challenges without clear precedent. This role enables effective decision making, thanks to their in-depth advice and expertise in matters crucial to the business. The Manager contributes to strategic planning in a minor capacity while also assisting in commercial decision-making processes.

Roles And Responsibilities Of This Job Include

• Delivers key operational tasks and supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing plans
• Contributes to the development of marketing strategy, aligning with the broader brand and marketing objectives of the Firm
• Coordinates and collaborates with other marketing related teams, ensuring seamless integration of their inputs into Marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Proactively manages and solves complex issues related to marketing assignments, demonstrating a sound understanding of the field and innovation in solutions development
• Provides in-depth expert advice to the leadership on marketing-related matters to aid commercial decision-making
• Maintains a Firm understanding of industry trends and advancements, leveraging this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate marketing practices
• Leads and manages projects to optimize marketing processes and initiatives, maximizing the return on marketing investment
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the Firm's reputation through rigorous review and approval of marketing collateral
• Measures and report performance of all marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assessing against the goals
• Manages and develop relationships with vendors and agency partners, overseeing the budget allocation and usage
• Managers at this level will lead one or more teams of supervisors and/or professionals and coordinators, managing operations within a designated area or department
• Individual contributors at this level will lead projects within a broader initiative, providing technical guidance and setting priorities for the team as well as reviewing the work of others
• Engaging in operational and tactical activities, contributing to and supporting decision-making within the team/Sub-Function
• Subject matter expert, possessing advanced and specialized expertise in the discipline, including methodologies, processes and able to address atypical issues within own field
• Managing small professional and/or defined delivery teams across regional and global offices, impacting business primarily through professional or technical contributions to an area of specialty
• Ability to think critically and analytically, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the Firm
