Job summary

vamasters, Inc. seeks a Marketing Automation Operations Specialist to design, build, and maintain automated systems behind our SaaS product in the Philippines.

You will develop Make.com workflows, connect platforms via webhooks, and leverage AI prompts to automate content, data processing, and decision steps. You will map logic, configure routing, and ensure smooth integration across tools while monitoring costs and following documented plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS operations, marketing ops, or technical marketing.
• Hands-on experience building Make.com scenarios with logic mapping, routers, and filters.
• Strong working knowledge of webhooks, API connections, and JSON payload structure.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and proven experience bringing AI tools into automated workflows.
• Ability to follow detailed technical documentation and carry it out accurately from start to finish.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Accountable, accurate, and independent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain Make.com automation scenarios using a detailed implementation guide.
• Map workflow logic and set up routers, filters, and conditional paths to automate marketing and operations.
• Configure webhook routing and structure, parse and transform JSON payloads between platforms.
• Write, test, and refine advanced AI prompts that drive automated content and data processing.
• Orchestrate AI tools and integrations so the product runs with minimal manual work.
• Support technical marketing tasks, including building and updating simple landing pages.
• Monitor tool spend and stay within approved budget per guidelines.
• Watch automations for errors, troubleshoot failed runs, and fix issues before they affect operations.
• Share clear progress updates and raise blockers early.
