Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (Event Systems) to join our high-volume events and demand generation team in Manila. You will work with Marketo and HubSpot, crafting AI-assisted campaigns, managing data flows, and ensuring smooth integration across event tools.

You will collaborate with global marketing ops experts, build complex programs, test workflows, and help report ROI using SFDC and Tableau. This role offers growth in cutting-edge martech and AI-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional marketing experience, with hands-on HubSpot or Marketo.
• Experience using or integrating modern event technologies (Cvent, Rainfocus, ZoomWebinar, RingCentral Events, On24, Bizzabo).
• Core skills: process-oriented, logical, analytical thinker with basic relational database concepts.
• Excellent English communication for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing to implement AI-assisted A/B testing for event campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
• Support Field event production, ensuring seamless technical execution and data capture for in-person and virtual events.
• Monitor data connections between event tools and the Marketing Automation Platform.
• Build and execute complex campaigns in HubSpot or Marketo, using AI for copy variations and subject line testing.
• Create dynamic workflows to meet campaign goals with assets, lists, data collection, and tracking pixels.
