Job summary

RingCentral in Manila is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Systems Team. You will manage campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, build workflows, import lists, and ensure campaigns launch on time with accurate data.

The role requires 2+ years in marketing automation, strong Excel skills, solid English communication, and a BA degree. You’ll optimize reporting of registrations, attendance, and clicks and partner with marketers to maintain data quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot.
• Experience with email marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of database concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage campaign workflows and data flows.
• Prepare and import lists into the Marketing Automation Platform.
• Build and program webinars in Marketo and RingCentral Webinar.
• Test emails, landing pages, and data accuracy.
• Prepare emails and campaigns on time.
• Report on campaign results (registrations, attendance, clicks, visits).
• Assist with data analysis and system maintenance.
