Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (Event Systems) in Manila to join a high-volume event and demand generation team. You will work with top Marketo and Marketing Operations experts and gain hands-on experience on a massive martech stack driven by data, automation, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Marketo (at least 2 years).
• Experience with modern event technologies and integrations.
• Able to design and optimize AI-assisted campaigns and workflows.
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing to implement best practices for event campaigns.
• Execute AI-assisted A/B testing for events and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support Field event production for in-person and virtual events.
• Monitor data connections between event tools and Marketing Automation Platform.
• Build and test campaigns in HubSpot or Marketo using AI for copy variations.
• QA test all programs to ensure requirements are met on time.
• Load high-volume lists into Marketo and manage data workflows.
• Pull campaign performance data from SFDC and Tableau for ROI reporting.
