Job summary

Concentrix Makati City is seeking a Marketo Specialist to join our marketing automation team. You will build, execute, and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, and landing pages, using Marketo to drive engagement and conversions.

You will manage data quality, lead scoring, and segmentation, and collaborate with sales to align CRM integrations (Salesforce, Dynamics) and reporting dashboards to measure ROI and campaign performance.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage.
Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Experience with lead scoring, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Marketo.
Create and manage nurture programs, smart campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
Maintain lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and segmentation.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights.
Ensure data quality and compliance with email marketing best practices.
Integrate and troubleshoot Marketo with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
Support marketing teams with audience targeting and automation strategies.
Develop dashboards and reports for campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
