Job summary

Concentrix Philippines seeks a Marketo Specialist to build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Marketo Engage. You will manage nurture programs, landing pages, forms, and lead scoring while ensuring data quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in marketing automation, CRM experience (Salesforce or Dynamics), and strong analytics with Excel. This full-time role is based in Makati with opportunities to develop dashboards tracking campaign ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Experience with lead scoring, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Marketo.
• Create and manage nurture programs, smart campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
• Maintain lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and segmentation.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with email marketing best practices.
• Integrate and troubleshoot Marketo with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
• Support marketing teams with audience targeting and automation strategies.
• Develop dashboards and reports for campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
