Responsibilities

• Interviewing and preparing CAM report based on borrower documents.
• Conduct neighbourhood checking of residence and business area.
• Perform Third Party Verification such as Bank Checking, Trade Dealings for Supplier and Client, Employment.
• Kaiser Verification (64Ai) Name Screening, Facebook, Google Verification, Screenshot of Valuation of Collateral Unit.
• Prepare Balance Sheet and Income Statement, Client Risk Assessment Form.
• Monitor accounts per area OPS Tracker based on area assignment.
