Job summary

APEC Homes in Ortigas is seeking a Licensed Geodetic Engineer responsible for quality and accuracy of output checking, site surveys, raw data processing and VSR preparation for land acquisition and titling.

You will review satellite overlays, sign lot plans for LGUs, prepare computations for Bureau of Lands, and endorse detailed boundary and elevation plans. Ortigas-based with site visits to CALABARZON/Central Luzon; regularization after 6 months and benefits provided.

Qualifications

Candidate must be a Licensed Geodetic Engineer;
With significant experience in Verified Survey Return (VSR);
With training certification from the past two (2) years related to survey and mapping issued by the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines;
Highly analytical with strong problem solving and people skills;
Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

Review satellite-overlay-mapping checking of all lots using software for presentation to management, including the grid elevations of respective province.
Checking and signing of lot plans to ensure the quality of output prior submission to respected local government units for development permit application.
Prepares/examine complete set of computations and plans of simple and complex survey returns for verification and approval at Bureau of Lands.
Final Checking and Endorsement of detailed plan of the boundary and elevation of the whole consolidation property based from the actual ground survey data.
