Job description

A Marketing Associate/Specialist publicizes and promotes marketing campaigns of the brand and the stores based on the identified market trends, updates, and feedback. He reports marketing feedback and updates to store personnel. Marketing Associate also coordinates with suppliers and visits stores to ensure visual displays of products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation and implementation of different marketing campaigns and store promotions/events;
• Maintains a systematic file of PR and advertising releases as well as different pictures of events and promotions of the brand;
• Request and follow-up approvals from various malls & partners for the implementation of all promotional activities [POPs - flyers, banners & all other collateral materials.];
• Conduct research to identify market trends and target customers’ preferences;
• Timely reports marketing campaign results and make suggestions for improvements;
• Takes charge of coordinating collateral material production requests from suppliers and ensures timely delivery of these materials.
• In charge of coordinating with other business units (ICT) for various form of communication with the customers – text blasting, email blasting and use of social media;
• Conducts store visits to ensure visual display is executed as per approved layout, POPs are displayed properly, verify if the promotion is implemented properly, provides feedback on the store look & displays and observe on-going marketing programs of competitors.
• Coordinates with PR agency on the execution of agreed Press Releases as well as assisting during pictorials (as necessary).
• Provides marketing updates and feedback to store personnel during meetings, as necessary.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related course.
• At least one (1) year work experience in marketing and retail business.
• Willing to work full-time on a flexible on-site schedule in Malate, Manila.
