Job summary

Luxury Global Malls, Inc. is seeking a Mall Marketing Supervisor for our on-site team in Quezon City. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets through sponsorships and leasing of temporary spaces, while conceptualizing fairs, events and activities to enhance property value.

• Experience coordinating sponsorships, leases and promotional events.
• Strong ability to manage events calendar and post-event evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve yearly income targets through sponsorship and leasing of temporary spaces.
• Conceptualize and execute fairs, special events and activities to add value to assigned property.
• Spearhead special events and activations in common areas of the property.
• Maintain a calendar of promotions and activities for the assigned property.
• Monitor promotions and events and prepare post-evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with Leasing to update tenant lists for the property.
• Track tenant sales and performance; manage annual promo calendar.
• Prepare post-promo reports and required documentation.
• Ensure exhibitors and organizers follow company rules and guidelines.
• Prepare contracts and other documents related to events; build supplier database and bids.

Job Description

• Conceptualize and execute fairs , special events and activities to add value to assigned property
• Spearhead special events, projects, activations in common areas of property handled.
• Keep a calendar of all promotions and activities happening in property assigned to
• Monitor all promotions & activities and prepares post evaluation reports for every event
• Coordinate with Leasing group to come up with an updated list of tenants of property handled
• Monitor and update tenant sales and performance / Manage yearly promo and activities calendar of property handled
• Prepare post promo / post mortem for all activities handled for filing
• Ensure that all events, exhibitors and organizers are following the company rule and guidelines
• Monitor all event performance and prepares post evaluation reports for every event
• Prepare contracts and other documents and job orders related to events
• Create and build suppliers database / Create bids for required suppliers and services
• Graduate of any business related course
• At least three (3) years experience in mall marketing in a supervisory level
