iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support global marketing initiatives. You will manage asset trafficking, product data uploads, and coordination with licensors, while enabling smooth collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy in Salsify/PIM, assisting with campaigns (Bazaarvoice), managing samples, and delivering timely internal communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with PIM systems, Salsify, and Bazaarvoice is a plus.
• Experience with asset management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset trafficking and product data uploads across regions.
• Support licensor and legal reviews and approvals.
• Format and distribute internal marketing communications and reports.

Job description

The Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution of global marketing initiatives by managing asset trafficking, coordinating product data uploads, facilitating licensor and legal reviews, and supporting internal communications. This role ensures smooth collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to the successful launch and promotion of products in North America, EMEA, China, and Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset & Product Data Management
  • Traffic product data, assets, copy, user manuals, and quick start guides between internal stakeholders
  • Upload product data and images to PIM/HUB systems for multiple regions
  • Ensure accurate packaging of files for Salsify uploads in coordination with PMM and Program Management teams
  • Maintain and update user manuals and QSGs on the HUB platform
• Licensor & Legal Coordination
  • Prepare and submit weekly CCRB documentation
  • Monitor licensor DRM sites for updates and feedback
  • Maintain the Licensor Submission Tracker and document submission requirements
  • Traffic licensor and legal feedback to internal project owners
• Internal Marketing Communications
  • Format and distribute internal communications including project status reports, newsletters, program updates, and launch recaps
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely and accurate communication
• Sample Management
  • Manage sample ordering, distribution, and tracking for marketing initiatives
  • Submit sample requests and update milestone trackers with allocations
• Bazaarvoice Campaign Support
  • Assist in the execution of Bazaarvoice campaigns, including sample shipment and campaign reporting
  • Build campaign requests under supervision and ensure timely closure of campaigns
• Process Documentation & Optimization
  • Document and update key marketing processes in the Marketing Playbook
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain licensor submission documentation
