• Markets and recruits direct clients.
• Develops marketing concepts, promotional opportunities, and ideas.
• Prepares Competitors’ Analysis and Market Changes Report within their respective area and submits to Immediate Head.
• Ensures proper distribution of all advertising or promotional materials of the company.
• Encourage and convince clients to renew their loans.
• Endorse accounts for appraisal to appraisers.
• Conducts credit investigation, credit review and third-party checking.
• Prepares CAM Reports.
• Processes legal documents for the signature of the client.
• Secures original title, tax declaration, receipt, clearance, and post-dated checks from the client.
• Handles customer’s/client’s inquiries from agents/loan consultants through telephone, e-mail, or walk-in.
• Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• With degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course.
• With at least one (1) year of work-related experience in real estate marketing.
