A vibrant nightlife venue in Makati is seeking a Marketing and Events Officer with solid club experience. You will develop marketing strategies, plan and execute events, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in similar roles, excellent communication skills, and a network in the nightlife industry. This full-time position may require evening and weekend availability.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing and Events Officer who has proven experience in club or nightlife marketing. The ideal candidate is creative, well-connected, and understands the fast-paced nature of the entertainment industry. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, planning and executing events, and boosting brand visibility and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute club events, promotions, and themed nights.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with DJs, artists, suppliers, and partners for event collaborations.
• Manage social media accounts, content, and digital ads in alignment with the club’s branding.
• Work closely with Operations and Management to ensure event success and smooth execution.
• Prepare post-event reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing and event management, preferably in nightclubs, bars, or entertainment venues.
• Strong network in the nightlife or entertainment industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced, nightlife-driven environment.
• Willing to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
