Job summary

Skyworth Philippines Corporation in Makati is seeking a Marketing Promotions and Events Officer to drive advertising campaigns and coordinate corporate events across regions. The role requires planning, budgeting and collaboration with vendors, venues, performers and internal committees.

You will host events and product launches, ensuring engaging experiences for audiences, while demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven promotion and advertising experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Ability to host corporate events and engage audiences professionally.
• Strong organizational, coordination, project management and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advertising campaigns: plan, coordinate and implement campaigns per marketing strategies.
• Corporate events: plan, organize and coordinate annual parties, assemblies, launches and other functions.
• Prepare event proposals, schedules, budgets, and coordinate suppliers and teams.
• Master of Ceremony and program hosting for product launches and events.
• Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Marketing Promotions and Events Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advertising and Promotional Campaigns, Plan, coordinate, and implement advertising campaigns and promotional activities in accordance with approved marketing strategies.
• Corporate Events and Activities, Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate events, including annual parties, general assemblies, sales conventions, product launches, team-building activities, recognition ceremonies, and other company functions.
• Prepare event proposals, program schedules, activity plans, budget estimates, and other necessary documentation for approval, Coordinate event suppliers, venues, performers, technical teams, and internal committees to ensure the smooth execution of activities.
• Master of Ceremony and Program Hosting, product launches, sales conventions, annual parties and other assigned functions.
• Another task may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, or related field., preferably
• Excellent communication, public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in Promotion and Advertising, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment. With 2 years working experience in the related field.
• Ability to host corporate events and engage audiences professionally.
• Strong organizational, coordination, project management, and time-management skills, Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel to dealer branches, event venues, and partner locations when necessary.
• Strong understanding of digital/e-commerce platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.) and proficiency in website management tools.
• Proficiency on Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
• Available one (1) vacant position on each region.
