SourcePH is seeking a Marketing Analyst to implement advertiser creative assets into a tracking software, create tracking pixels, learn third party ad servers, and troubleshoot basic issues. You will audit assets, load HTML creatives, set up campaigns, and serve as the first line of support for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, or IT preferred.

• 1+ year of technical experience preferred; HTML knowledge a plus.

Position Summary/Objective:

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for implementing advertiser creative assets into a tracking software, creating tracking pixels, learning third party ad server and client website implementation, and providing basic troubleshooting.

Essential Functions:

• Audit marketing assets for content integrity
• Load HTML creatives into tracking platform
• Assist in the set-up of marketing campaigns
• Act as first line of support for sales team
• Oversee suppression/blacklist file process for marketing campaigns
• Interact with clients to ensure marketing campaign tracking is accurate

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment; however the dress code is casual. The office hours for the company are graveyard, Monday- Friday 20:30- 5:30. The preferred spoken language in the office is English.

Position Type:

Full-time. The employee must be available during the “core” work hours, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and/or holiday work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel:

This position does not require travel outside of the office.

Competencies, Required Education & Experience:

• University or college Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related field preferred
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills
• 1+ years technical experience preferred
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Proficient in MS-Office, including MS-Excel
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Distinguished attention to detail
• Thrive under pressure and adapt to new situations as projects arise
