Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Market Support Specialist to coordinate telecom project support activities onsite in Parañaque City. The role requires night shifts and close collaboration with project managers to keep workflows moving and data accurate.

You'll manage purchasing processes, track documents, and support close-out activities while leveraging Oracle/Norad databases where needed. A seasoned pro with 5+ years in telecom project support and strong Excel/Word skills will

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Telecom project support or construction coordination.
• Experience in purchasing, including management of POs and vendor contracts.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to organize resources and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on problem solving with the ability to resolve project bottlenecks.
• Experience with Project Close-out procedures in technical/construction settings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate the workflows of multiple project teams to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve operational barriers, escalating complex issues to Project Managers when necessary.
• Create and track critical project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and submittals.
• Maintain and update the company database (Oracle/Norad) to ensure real-time data accuracy.
• Conduct daily assessments of job status to identify specific needs for project close-out.
• Compile and complete comprehensive project close-out manuals for final delivery to the client.

Your Role

As a Market Support Specialist, you will:

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Experience in "Project Close‑out" procedures within a technical or construction framework.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Direct experience with Norad and Oracle database systems (highly preferred).
• Solid understanding of telecom infrastructure and construction field operations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards within a multi‑site environment.
• Experience working in collaborative team environments across different organizational levels.
• Ability to interpret technical submittals and project manuals for accuracy.
