Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Market Support Specialist for onsite night shift at Harton Corporate Center, Parañaque City. The role focuses on coordinating workflows, resolving operational barriers, and maintaining critical project documentation to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom project support or construction coordination, strong Excel/Word skills, and a proven track record in purchasing and contract management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Telecom project support or construction coordination.
• Experience in purchasing, including management of POs and vendor contracts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to organize resources and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with hands-on approach to bottlenecks.
• Experience in Project Close-out procedures within technical/construction context.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows of multiple project teams to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve operational barriers, escalating to Project Managers as needed.
• Create and track project documentation including contracts, POs, and submittals.
• Maintain Oracle/Norad database for real-time data accuracy.
• Conduct daily assessments of job status to identify needs for close-out.
• Compile comprehensive project close-out manuals for clients.

Your Role

As a Market Support Specialist, you will:

• Facilitate and coordinate the workflows of multiple project teams to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve operational barriers, escalating complex issues to Project Managers when necessary.
• Create and track critical project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and submittals.
• Maintain and update the company database (Oracle/Norad) to ensure real-time data accuracy.
• Conduct daily assessments of job status to identify specific needs for project close-out.
• Compile and complete comprehensive project close-out manuals for final delivery to the client.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Telecom project support or construction coordination.
• Proven background in purchasing, including the management of POs and vendor contracts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data tracking and report generation.
• Demonstrated ability to organize resources and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to resolving project bottlenecks.
• Experience in "Project Close-out" procedures within a technical or construction framework.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Direct experience with Norad and Oracle database systems (highly preferred).
• Solid understanding of telecom infrastructure and construction field operations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards within a multi-site environment.
• Experience working in collaborative team environments across different organizational levels.
• Ability to interpret technical submittals and project manuals for accuracy.
