Job summary

SGS is seeking a Market Intelligence & Data Analyst Specialist to provide centralized commercial support by enabling market intelligence, lead qualification, CRM data integrity and pre-sales activities.

You will work with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to deliver reliable market insights, qualified leads and trusted data, while leveraging AI-powered analytics, dashboard development and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Min 5 yrs experience in market intelligence, sales support, pre-sales, commercial operations or data analytics is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power BI (including Power Automate); experience designing dashboards and data visualizations is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce CRM and digital systems including supporting reporting, dashboard creation and data analysis.
• Demonstrates a strong analytical mindset with the curiosity and discipline to investigate details, validate information and follow data through to clear, reliable conclusions.
• Practical experience using AI and generative AI tools to enhance research, data analysis, process efficiency and productivity is highly desirable.
• Demonstrates curiosity and a proactive approach to evaluating and adopting emerging technologies that can improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Professional English proficiency (C2 preferred). Travel is negligible.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and market trends through analysis, including competitors and regulatory developments.
• Qualify leads based on commercial relevance, potential value and strategic alignment using data analysis and AI-assisted research.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to enable pipeline visibility.
• Support pre-sales preparation, research and opportunity support using AI and digital tools.
• Lead or support process improvements across market intelligence and CRM usage, including automation and AI-enabled solutions.
