HRTx Inc. seeks a Market Intelligence Specialist to lead complex market research, analyze data, and craft narrative insights for C‑suite stakeholders. You will transform results into executive-ready reports and presentations using advanced Excel models and PowerPoint.
You will work with senior requesters to scope projects, manage workflows, ensure quality, and explore AI tools to optimize daily processes in a hybrid midshift.
As a Market Intelligence Specialist, you will be our go-to expert for complex, end-to-end project analysis and market intelligence. Working directly with C-suite stakeholders, Partners, and Directors, you will transform complex dataset results into compelling narratives and actionable insights through advanced Excel models and PowerPoint presentations.
Market & Industry Research: Lead complex research on industries, clients, markets, competitors, transactional/statistical data, and country/sector trends.
Data Analytics & Storytelling: Perform advanced data evaluation and manipulation to generate narrative-driven reports, visual charts, and executive presentations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior requesters to scope complex research requests and deliver tailored, high-impact insights under tight deadlines.
Pipeline & Quality Management: Oversee project workflows, ensure strict quality control, and independently resolve project challenges.
AI & Tool Optimization: Utilize premium research databases, incorporate Generative AI into daily workflows, and pilot new intelligence tools.
Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, guide teammates on complex requests, and deliver training on research tools and methodologies.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in market intelligence, business research, consulting, or data analytics handling complex data sets.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel (complex data evaluation, manipulation, modeling, and statistical analysis).
Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills (data storytelling).
Research Tools: Hands‑on experience with key financial and research databases such as S&P Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA or equivalent) required.
Working Setup & Shift: Able to work a 3x/week RTO (Hybrid) arrangement on a Midshift (EMEA/US) schedule.
Soft Skills: Excellent Business English (written and verbal), strong critical thinking, high attention to detail, and proven experience working with global stakeholders in multinational environments.
