Job summary

SGS is seeking an Analytics professional to drive reporting automation and operational insights within Finance Shared Services. You will design and maintain daily to monthly dashboards, consolidate data from multiple sources, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity and SLA performance.

Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA) and Power BI is essential, with 1–3 years in reporting or analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance & Accounting, Data Analytics, or any related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in reporting, data analysis, or operations analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA).
• Experience developing dashboards/reports using Power BI and other tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review existing manual reporting and identify opportunities to automate.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Automate manual reports using Excel, Power Query, Macros/VBA and/or Power BI.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and improve data accuracy.
• Provide data-driven insights to help operations understand performance.
