Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience, including at least three years at a managerial or supervisory level.
• Experience in the direct selling industry, natural products industry, or a similar role.
• High proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with strong training, stage presentation, and public speaking ability.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail- and results-oriented, with experience working in complex environments and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close contact and build strong relationships with Brand Partners and leaders.
• Identify emerging leaders and help them grow through monitoring, counseling, and encouragement.
• Develop and execute a yearly training program for Brand Partners at every level and seniority.
• Plan and execute recognition and incentive programs for Brand Partners.
• Partner with marketing to organize prospecting events and product launches.
• Provide timely feedback to management on industry conditions and campaigns.
