Job description

We are looking for a knowledgeable professional to join the USANA Philippines office as a marketing specialist. In this role, you will assist the marketing team to create, edit, and organize publicity materials and publications, as well as develop content for sales‑related activities and events such as calendars, posters, booth designs, and flyers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the USANA brand is preserved in all marketing collaterals and remains consistent with the brand style guide.

A successful candidate will exemplify USANA’s core values and be passionate about increasing brand recognition to encourage the growth of active customers.

What You Will Do as a USANA Marketing Specialist

• Source, negotiate, and coordinate vendors for marketing collaterals and events.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events.
• Coordinate with the U.S. team to maintain digital assets.
• Create work group tickets for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute key events.
• Coordinate and support sales functions and events as required.

Background and Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
