Responsibilities

• Handle product registration with the FDA (BFAD) in compliance with local regulatory legislation.
• Prepare documentation to obtain approval from local government agencies for product licensing and launches, and stay current on new regulations.
• Handle product inquiries and complaints.
• Provide counsel to the marketing and product management teams.
• Write the health column for the newsletter and website.
• Coordinate with the ethics team on all product claims substantiation published across social media, marketing collateral, and merchandise.
• Proofread technical terms in labels, formulations, and other print materials.
• Conduct product training and assist with events as necessary.
• Manage product retention samples for incoming shipments in coordination with the warehouse and logistics team.
• Travel to other cities and provinces, including weekends and nights, as required for company and Brand Partner events.
