Job summary

Rua Seguridad Corp. is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across the Cebu City territory by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering strong sales results for road safety products.

You’ll be the face of our brand with contractors, project managers, and agencies, conducting product demonstrations and consultative solutions to meet client needs, while traveling within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years sales experience in the construction materials industry.
• Proven territory planning and structured field routing.
• Strong consultative selling and technical presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory; owning a motorcycle or car is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, project managers, developers, and key agencies within the assigned territory.
• Identify business opportunities and provide consultative solutions aligned with client project needs.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clearly communicate product value and advantages.
• Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Create strategic routing and coverage plans that balance effective account management with cost efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and recommend strategic actions to maintain competitive advantage.
