Job summary

OneOcean is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Docmap Team on a 12-month maternity fixed term contract in the Philippines. You will provide second-line technical support, resolve incidents, and serve as a bridge between customers, product teams, and internal stakeholders to improve service quality and product adoption.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, SQL knowledge, experience with CRM/ERP, and excellent communication to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or customer-facing tech roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of database structures (SQL) and system integrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (CRM/ERP) preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer focus with commitment to high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and in a global team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line technical support for Docmap products, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, escalating where required
• Deliver customer training and guidance to support system adoption and effective use
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks or service disruptions
