Job summary

OneOcean, backed by Lloyd’s Register, seeks a Technical Services Engineer to coordinate software deployments, AIS installations, and technical support for global customers in a 24x7 environment.

The role involves serving across deployment lifecycles, documenting activities, and ensuring service levels. A 36-month fixed-term contract with shifts, including weekends/holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in maritime IT support roles.
• Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk).
• Knowledge of AIS solutions onboard vessels is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Organise and execute software deployments, AIS installations, and related activities.
• Provide world-class technical support via phone, email, and ticketing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service levels.
• Maintain accurate deployment and AIS documentation.
