Job summary

OneOcean Group is seeking a Technical Services Manager in the Philippines to lead the Technical Services team, ensuring delivery of technical support, service fulfilment, and software deployments across global clients. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and hands-on technical involvement as needed.

You will manage daily operations, resource planning, and performance reviews while driving continuous improvement and high service quality in a 24x7 global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical support or related fields with leadership experience.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience leading technical support, service delivery, and software deployments.
• Ability to develop and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the Technical Services team and ensure objectives are met.
• Plan workloads, allocate resources, and monitor capacity.
• Lead performance reviews, coaching, and career development.
• Oversee escalation handling and cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and departmental standards.
