Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or College degree in any field.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic MS Excel skills: graphs, charts, pivot tables, data validation, simple formulas.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Background in shipping/maritime operations is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel reporting and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Identify data inconsistencies and abnormalities for corrective action.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve system-related issues.
• Communicate with ships regarding reporting data content.
• Liaise with vessel operators to clarify day-to-day activities and gather insights.
• Process and manage operational data efficiently.
• Execute processes according to SOPs.
• Respond promptly to stakeholder queries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address data-related concerns.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
