Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in end-user or solution provider environments with techno-functional knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, .NET and VB.
• Basic understanding of AI and AI-powered productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy and security in enterprise settings.
• Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions and intelligent automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish department technical standards and procedures.
• Serve as project manager and business coordinator across teams for applications support.
• Ensure quality software and reliable, mission-critical IT strategy alignment.
• Design, develop and architect applications.
• Lead change management and create user training materials.
• Manage Office365 adoption projects and related communications.
