You will drive change management, create user training, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support mission-critical functions in a dynamic maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in end-user or solution provider environments with techno-functional knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, .NET and VB.
• Basic understanding of AI and AI-powered productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy and security in enterprise settings.
• Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions and intelligent automation is a plus.

Job Description:

• Develops and establishes department technical standards and procedures in compliance with ITIL/PMP/Agile.
• Serves as project manager and business coordinator while working with various organization components/user leads to provide complete applications support.
• Technically ensures quality software, IT strategy compliant, reliable information, and stable applications for mission-critical company functions.
• Responsible for the design, development, architecture of application.
• Lead change management and develop training materials that can suit different types of users.
• Manage Office365 adoption projects and related communication

Qualification and Experiences:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent with an information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering major.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in end-user or solution provider environment preferably with techno functional knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, .Net, VB.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and AI-powered productivity platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent enterprise AI solutions.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI usage in an enterprise environment will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions, intelligent automation, AI assistants, chatbot development, enterprise search, or workflow optimization will be an added advantage.
