Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, CS, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business performance management, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Support strategy & annual planning across departments and business units.
• Develop and manage KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Improve reporting through standardization and automation.
• Analyze data from wide sources to identify business impacts.
• Lead or support cross-functional performance initiatives.
