Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks a Manager, Business Intelligence & Performance Analytics to transform raw retail, inventory, and manpower data into actionable insights and guide forecasting, scenario modeling, and governance across RTM functions.

You will collaborate with Retail Operations, IT, Finance and HR to deliver KPI reporting, improve inventory health, staffing efficiency, and store performance while advancing data quality and analytics maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in BI, data analytics, or performance reporting.
• Proficient in BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Excel Pivot & Power Query, SQL).
• Strong background in data modeling, dashboard creation, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and produce clear insights for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Collaborative mindset; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to stores and business locations nationwide for project support.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end analysis of retail KPIs and translates trends into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Oversees inventory data, replenishment performance, stockouts/overstocks, aging items, variances, and shrinkage with actionable recommendations.
• Develops and maintains dashboards tracking inventory health, manpower productivity, store performance drivers, and other retail indicators.
• Performs deep-dive analytics and scenario modeling to support strategic projects and improvements.
• Leads manpower planning analytics, including FTE forecasting and staffing scenarios.
• Contributes to headcount budgeting aligned with labor costs and productivity targets.
• Consolidates data across systems to provide accurate, decision-ready insights.
• Partners with RCOE, Retail Ops, ITDM, Finance, HRBP to align insights with business needs.
