Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational essentials: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; advanced degrees or PMP desirable.
• Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project and BIM software is mandatory.
• Strong AutoCAD, MS Office suite and planning tool experience required.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking project planning activities for BU Marine & Industrial.
• Preparation of schedule (Primavera / MS Project), detailed work plan based on objectives.
• Developing a schedule with critical path and cost loading in Primavera P6 18.8.
• Preparation of L1 Schedule in Primavera, equipment requirement & deployment schedule.
• Time cycles, time location diagram updates for clarity.
• Preparing and submitting as-built drawings.
• Understanding budget-related activities: direct/indirect costs, MIS and cash flow.
• Resource planning: manpower, material and equipment requirements.
• Analyzing rates obtained for resources.
